At the end of this assignment, you may be hired on as a permanent employee. So not only do you get a chance to test drive the position and the company, the company gets a chance to get to know you as well.

EMPLOYERS: Sometimes you have a position that needs to be filled but you want to make sure you have the perfect person. With Temp-to-Hire employees, you can temporarily hire an employee and “test drive” their skills and performance within your company culture. If they are a fit, you can hire them permanently, but if not, we can keep filling that position until the perfect match is made.
