Indatatech manages over 15,000 SKUs, 120 blanket purchase orders across 77 sites to support our Customer nationwide.

Indatatech is the management arm that oversees 300 vendors for MRO and direct materials.

Indatatech began this contract over 10 years ago; and through a very aggressive initiative, inventoried all of the in-house/on shelf items identifying and ranking items from fast moving to slow moving, critical versus obsolete- reducing the inventory footprint over 30% and reducing the supplier base from over 2,500 to slightly under 300 (88%).

In addition, Indatatech manages the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) garment program responsible for the procurement, assignment, care and repair of over 21,400 garments while maintaining ESD integrity.

In past years, Indatatech has become the responsive onsite supplier expert for fast moving initiatives such as the rapid procurement and kitting support for programs such as the enhanced LROD/MRAP anti-missile defense systems for track vehicles, to LED Re-Lamping one of our Customer’s manufacturing plant sites.

Indatatech managed over 30 Point of Use (POU) cabinets, and over 300 SKUs to support our Customer, which performs maintenance on the C17, C5, P3, and other special fleet aircraft for DoD and the Federal Government.

Indatatech began this contract over 20 years ago; and through a very aggressive initiative, inventoried all the in-house/on shelf items identifying and ranking items from fast moving to slow moving, critical versus obsolete- reducing the inventory footprint over 70% and reducing the supplier base from over 400 to slightly under 100 (75% decrease).

A valued partner, Indatatech has been recognized by the internal supplier team and by the Small Business Association (SBA) for stellar service and support.

Over the length of the contract, Indatatech brought direct economic value through initiatives such as the introduction of paint removal technologies that decreased man hours by 17% on the de-paint process of aircraft, and creation and placement of Points of Use (POU) cabinets that decreased overall touch hours by 50%.
